"Helpful tax report support, assuming this was your experience"
I got help with my tax report and the support was actually good. They answered my questions clearly and made the process feel less stressful. That said, I’m expecting some kind of compensation or follow-up if this review is connected to a specific issue or inconvenience, but overall the help itself was solid.

"Usable, but not exactly seamless"
The site is... fine, I guess. Not awful, but not super smooth either. I was able to find most of what I needed after clicking around for a bit, but a few pages felt slow and kind of confusing. The layout is plain too, which isn’t a huge deal, but the support links weren’t always easy to spot. It works well enough, it just feels like it could be simpler to use.

"Feels like the community gets brushed off"
The community side of things has been frustrating. Replies usually come late, and when they do show up, they feel kind of cold or copy-pasted. I don’t have the patience to chase answers around or dig through messy updates just to figure out what’s going on. It really feels like people only get noticed when enough complaints pile up, which is disappointing.

I’ve been using celsius.network for a while now, and what sticks with me most is the feeling I had early on when I was trying to figure out if I could actually trust the platform. I remember reading their updates during a stressful market moment and, even though they weren’t always as quick as I hoped, the explanations usually felt straightforward and human instead of overly polished or like they were dodging things.
I’m giving 4 stars because I do think they could communicate more often, especially when things get messy and people are already nervous. Still, based on my experience, I feel like the management is mostly honest, and I trust the team enough to keep following along and see how they handle the road ahead.

I’ve been using Celsius Network for a while now, and overall my funds have always felt safe. I like the login alerts and the extra checks around withdrawals, they give me a bit more peace of mind. It’s not perfect, since the app can be slow sometimes, but security-wise I’m okay with it...

"Fees could be explained better"
My experience with celsius.network was mostly okay, but figuring out the fees was more frustrating than I expected. The info didn’t feel very clear upfront, and I had to click around to understand what I might actually be charged. What bothered me most was that some of the wording made me feel a bit talked down to, like I should already know how everything works. It’s not a terrible platform, but the fees could definitely be explained in a more straightforward way for regular users.

"Verification was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried signing up, but the verification process kept getting stuck and it got annoying. I uploaded my documents twice and still didn’t get a clear update on what was happening. Support basically kept saying things like “we’re checking it” and “please wait a bit longer,” but nothing really changed. The whole onboarding felt confusing and slow, and after waiting around with no real progress, I just gave up.

"Felt way too risky compared to others I’ve used"
I’ve dealt with a few similar companies before, and this one raised more compliance red flags than I’m comfortable with. Compared to others that were much clearer and more professional about regulations, this felt like a regulatory mess. It just didn’t give me enough trust to move forward.

"Account closure was fine, but the wait was annoying"
Closing my account on celsius.network wasn’t too difficult, but it definitely dragged on longer than I expected. I felt like I was just stuck waiting in a queue for ages before support got back to me. They did eventually reply and help get everything sorted, which I appreciated, but the whole process could be a lot clearer and faster.

"Absolutely not worth the stress"
At first I thought this was going to be a decent option, but wow, the more I looked at it, the worse it felt. The value just doesn’t add up anymore, and the risk feels way too huge for the tiny bit you might get back. I’d be a nervous wreck trusting it with my money again. For me, it’s a hard no. I’d much rather keep things simple and put my money somewhere that doesn’t make my stomach drop.

"Pretty solid rates overall"
I’ve been using it for some of my stablecoin savings, and the rates have usually been better than a lot of the other places I’ve checked. They’re not always the absolute highest, and I’ve noticed they can move around a bit, but most of the time they still feel competitive. My brother and I actually compared a few options before I started using it, and this one held up well. I’m giving it 4 stars because I’d like to see the rates stay a little more consistent.
